I woke up today realizing two things: it’s Free Stuff Friday (the 13th), and that I haven’t properly introduced myself. I’m Jason, your (new) newsletter editor. Should be easy to remember, LOL! ☠️ 🔪

In my first month with Do615, I’ve been enjoying sharing some of what I think makes Nashville uniquely special. I hope you’ve been enjoying my quirks so far! I love a good group project, so please do send me some of your favorite things around town, and together we can make this our mix tape!

Three quick things about me:

1) I grew up in Hendersonville, TN, raised on 90’s rock, MTV, and SNL and my first concert was Paula Abdul and Color Me Badd at Starwood Amphitheater (RIP).
2) I coralled a Nashville indie-rock group called How I Became the Bomb for several years, which led me to working as a producer in the local film industry for a spell.
3) I’ve practiced hospitality in many spots around town like PM, Marche, 12th South Taproom, and Mercy Lounge, so if you recognize me at an event, please come say hey! Would love to get to know everyone more.

But about me, that’s ENOUGH, let’s get back to the FREE STUFF!

Today’s Giveaway: Win tickets to Sunset Social Hour at LONA, w/ rooftop views, cocktails, and the kind of golden-hour hang Nashville does best. Enter now and lock in your next sunset.*

FREE STUFF FRIDAY

Who doesn’t like free stuff? Unless of course you’re getting “free advice” from Uncle Ron about how to invest in crypto he heard about from a guy at the vape shop.

Luckily, the kind of free we deal in is way less stressful. Free shows, Drag Bingo, and a perfectly valid excuse to drag a friend out of the house and into something fun this weekend!
