It just hit me with this weekend’s beautiful weather that it’s officially patio season in Nashville, or at least close enough that I’m willing to risk it for a mocktail outside. In the spirit, we pulled together our ultimate patio guide to help you make the most of it, although this list is not exhaustive so please send us your hidden gems to add!

Today’s Giveaway: Win tickets to Country Roads: USA at Ray Stevens' CabaRay, wall-to-wall country hits, a live band, and a crowd that knows every word. Enter now and lock in your next night out!*

JUST ANNOUNCED

  • Last minute add here, but looks like Jungle may be playing a show at The Pinnacle tomorrow afternoon?! No other details available, just a ominous post.

  • East Nashville Beer Fest returns April 11th with 40+ breweries pouring 120+ craft beers, plus food trucks, live music and even wrestling matches at East Park. One of the city’s biggest beer days. Sip your way through it!*

  • Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals bring their mix of blues, soul and folk-rock to The Basement East on September 14th and 15th for two intimate nights with one of roots music’s most enduring voices. “Burn One Down” with Ben.

  • November 5th gets a dose of scrappy rock as Deer Tick hits The Basement East with their mix of folk-tinged songwriting and no-rules live sets. Covers, curveballs and crowd moments all fair game. See what they pull off!

  • Kid Rock brings his Comedy Jam back to the Ryman April 13 for a night of laughs, live performances and surprise appearances as part of the Nashville Comedy Festival. Grab a seat for the chaos.*

  • Plus other just announced shows from The Black Keys, Nick Murphy, Pallbearer, Better Than Ezra and more!

THU-SAT - HIROAKI UMEDA at OZ ARTS (WIN)*

LOCALS ONLY

  • Ticket upgrade: Romance meets hockey March 28th at The Bridgestone as the Preds take on Montreal. “Hockey Romance Night” w/ Sugar & Spice Book Co. pairs the game with author panels, book signings, and fan activations, perfect for readers and sports fans alike. Have your puck and read it too!

  • A major win for Nashville history: the former Club Baron on Jefferson Street has been added to the National Register of Historic Places. Once a hub for legends like Jimi Hendrix and Aretha Franklin, the site’s legacy is officially preserved.

  • Sometimes quitters DO win! For those brave enough to get on stage without a little liquid courage, Drkmtter hosts a weekly free Sober Open Mic Night. Come try out that new material, sing that ole favorite, or cheer on your friends.

WIN STUFF

Hope to see you chillin’ on a patio somewhere soon, and asking permission in advance to pet all of your dogs!
