This year, I’ve been focusing a lot on mental health and well-being with all the wild things happening in the world, and it’s been lovely crossing paths with a true trailblazer like Rachel Boney of Still Social. She is as kind and cool as she is resourceful, and has a knack for whipping together some of the most holistic and connective events in town.

• Two rescued Mexican spider monkeys, Mistletoe and Julia, now call Nashville Zoo home after being saved from the illegal pet trade. The Zoo provides a safe environment while raising awareness about wildlife trafficking and conservation. Go meet them!
