I’ll be honest, I’ve been trying to be better lately. A little more yoga, a little less “one more episode of that show I’ve been binging,” maybe even considering goat yoga (jury’s still out). So we pulled together a wellness guide for anyone else trying to balance it all, or at least pretend to.
But let’s be real… It’s also a big weekend for events, and I already know where I’ll end up.
Today’s Giveaway: We’re hooking someone up with a pair of tickets to Colony House at The Pinnacle this weekend, one of those bands that just hits different live.
Head to our IG and enter now, your Saturday plans are waiting.

FITNESS, YOGA, AND WELLNESS

Today’s guide is near and dear to me, as I luckily experienced a shift in my life over the past several years doing my best to improve my mental and physical health. After trying many versions of yoga & breathwork, adopting a healthy knowledge of the adaptogenic drink game, and a failed icebath later, I’m happy to share some ideas with anyone looking to treat themselves kindly! That’s what it’s all about. It’s not just a physical exercise for us, but a mental one, too.
Here are a few things that may get your goat at first, but if you stick with it, you’ll thank yourself down the road.

EAST NASHVILLE BEER FEST
The East Nashville Beer Festival started in April 2011 with two simple goals: to bring the best craft beer to Nashville, and to raise funds for a local Nashville non-profit organization.
Since its inception, ENBF has offered more than 1,000 unique beers, showcased amazing local live music, and raised well over $250,000 to support several non-profit organizations, including Ride For Reading, Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition, and Oasis Bike Workshop.
Plus, Live Wrestling RETURNS to the East Nashville Beer Festival, made possible by Untitled Art and FLVR NA.*
Use code DO615 for $10 off your tickets!
LOCALS ONLY
East Nashville’s getting a new hangout: Lost & Found is opening this week on Gallatin Pike. The open-air hangout spot brings together food trucks, wine, cocktails, local makers, and community events, designed for connection. Won’t you be our neighbor?
For fans of disco-era dance and glam-fiends alike, Flamiingo Cocktail Club is hosting a Studio 54-themed party for free on Saturday, March 28th, paying tribute to an era that birthed nightlife. Boogie Down!
