Howdy friends,
I don’t know what it is about April, but every year I try my belated best to catch up on all the Oscar films that I missed from the previous year. I always I love a good film night, whether at home on my couch or out with friends! In the spirit of the latter, we pulled together a local spring movie nights guide so you can catch up on the important ones and/or celebrate the cult classics with a crowd that will quote along with you.
And if you’re looking to fully lean into the more “Netflix & chill” approach, Wake & Bake Weekend at LabCanna East (April 18th-20th) is doing something to at least get you out of the house long enough to get high, and get some supplies. Free yoga, joint rolling classes, tastings, an art gallery, plus a whole lineup of low-key hangs all weekend. They’re also hooking someone up with a pretty stacked gift basket (THC gummies, chocolate, tinctures, the works), so yeah… feels like a solid time to get your name in there and see how it plays out.*

SPRING MOVIE NIGHTS IN NASHVILLE
Spring in Nashville means movie nights… just pick your setting. Spread out on the lawn under the stars or slide into a dark theater for some upright comfy seats and a bucket of popcorn. From outdoor cult classics to indoor indie screenings worth leaving your couch for, these spots turn “watching a movie” into a solid weekend plan with your besties.
