With Spring arriving, I’ve been trying my best to shrug off the warm blankets of hibernation, and getting out in the world a bit more. Not every plan needs to be a whole production. Sometimes, taking your dog for a longer jaunt than around the block can do us some good. Sometimes, it’s just about finding a spot with a little atmosphere, a well-crafted drink in hand, and seeing where the night takes us.

One that recently caught my eye is Skylight Bar at The Factory at Franklin, the kind of place where you can bounce between cocktails, great music, and even sneak in a frame at the lanes. The whole setup there is built for hanging out (bowling lanes, live shows, rooftop views, all in one spot), so I figured it’s worth throwing your name in and letting fate handle the rest.*

DOG-FRIENDLY HIKES IN NASHVILLE

Is your dog is bored? Same loop, same smells, same sad patch of grass? Well, the weather is cranking up, and now you can do something about it.
