As a long-time fan of hip-hop and R&B, I grew up listening to 92Q, and my first arena show was Paula Abdul with Color Me Badd. Donโt hate, LOL. ๐ Nashville looked a lot different back then. These days, we've got one of the richest music scenes anywhere, and it's worth exploring beyond your usual rotation.
If you haven't been yet, make some time for the National Museum of African American Music. It's one of the city's true treasures.
