As I mentioned last week, I have a little mutt named Benny and a tabby cat named Bonzo. I rescued both of them, although it’s definitely become a “who rescued who” situation.

I’d rescue every animal in Nashville if my two-bedroom apartment (and probably several city ordinances) allowed it. Thankfully, there are other ways to help. Some involve drinking beer. Huge sacrifice, I know.

Music City Brewers Fest is celebrating 25 years of beers on Saturday, August 22 at Walk of Fame Park, with 100+ beers and spirits, live music, DJ Rod Youree, games, contests, and more, all benefiting the Nashville Humane Association.
