Who could use a win? I know I could. Good news for you is that we’re giving you plenty of chances to win all kinds of stuff, from concert tickets (of course), event passes, t-shirts, wine, and a lot more. Read on, my friends!

On August 28, catch Birdtalker, Josh Okeefe, Kara Frazier, Sweet Lizzy Project, Gerard Alain, and enter to win a pair of tickets and a T-shirt!*
The 615 Indie Live Showcase Series has a stacked lineup of local sounds to Drkmttr on August 30, featuring Oujia 13, Fishhook, Olive, and Not Satire. Grab your tix now!*
The harmonious Indigo Girls are headed to the Mother Church on September 30 with special guest Linda Perry! Enter for a chance to win a pair of tickets and catch these legendary singer-songwriters live at the Ryman.*
Plus other just announced shows from Face to Face, Americanafest, Evan Giia, and more!
WIN STUFF WEDNESDAY
The Middle Tennessee Tattoo Expo is coming to the Nashville Fairgrounds on November 6-8 with 350+ tattoo artists from Tennessee and beyond ready to add a little something permanent to your weekend. Experience three days of tattoos, competitions, live art, food, drinks, and more. Because we love ya, we’re giving away weekend passes so you can get in on the action.
WHENEVER
8/20, 8/27 - DOG NIGHTS OF SUMMER at CHEEKWOOD* (WIN) 8/22 - MUSIC CITY BREWERS FEST at WALK OF FAME PARK (WIN) 9/1 - ROCK THE RYMAN* (WIN) 9/17 - PEACHES at CANNERY HALL 9/26 - ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL at HARKEN HALL (WIN) |
LOCALS ONLY
Third Coast Comedy just left its longtime home at Marathon Music Works and is putting down roots in a new space. If you’re a live-comedy lover, consider pitching in to help them create a new community staple.
Y'all remember Winter Storm Fern? (*Flashback to me trying to heat soup over a 3-wick candle*) Well, Nashville has some homework to do before the next big storm hits. While frontline workers earned high marks, a new report calls for better emergency planning, staffing, and communication (especially from NES 😬), as well as stronger outreach to vulnerable and non-English-speaking Nashvillians. Glad to hear there may be a better game plan if the city ever turns into the set of Frozen again.
