People walk into dance class for all kinds of reasons: stress relief, better posture, and maybe even revenge body. But they all leave standing taller with more confidence and maybe a new obsession.

At the School of Nashville Ballet, adult classes start at just $5, and every experience level is welcome—yes, even if your last grand jeté was in middle school gym.

Kids 2–18 can get in on the action too, with classes in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop.
